Since 1994, the Conference on Evangelizing Black America (COEBA) has led the effort to encourage the establishment of New Testament churches among forty million black people in our country.  This has been done through heightening awareness of the need, raising financial support for church planting, mobilizing scores of men to awaken to the call of God, convincing sincere black pastors to become independent Baptists and facilitating the removal of racial and cultural barriers in Fundamentalism.

The 2010 COEBA National Gathering will take place July 5-8 at Crossroads Baptist Church in Bailey’s Crossroads, Virginia.  “America’s Most Unique Fundamental Baptist Conference” is hosted annually by Crossroads Baptist Church.

Over the past sixteen years, the COEBA Annual Conference has welcomed exhibitors from many of the great Christian organizations, Bible colleges and ministries in America.  These have recognized that the COEBA audience is one of the most diverse of any large Fundamental Baptist gathering anywhere.  Many good relationships have been established because of this.

We would like to invite your organization to consider exhibiting at the 2010 COEBA National Gathering.  We believe that by working together, we can make significant strides toward reaching Black America and the world with the Gospel.  If this is a goal with which your organization can identify, then this conference is for you.  If your organization is unable to exhibit, there is an opportunity to have a brochure included in the 600 information packets.

Please read the  attached Agreement and return the  attached Exhibitor Reservation Form with payment by Friday, May 28, 2010 if you wish to display an exhibit at the Conference.  Additional information will be available on the http://www.coeba.org/ website.

Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport, but Dulles International (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) may have lower fares worth the extra drive time to/from the airport.  Dense traffic is a consideration for hotel selection.  Hotels in Arlington, Fairfax, Crystal City, Alexandria, Springfield and Falls Church, Virginia would be the best locations.
